I have a lamp with stained glass type shade marked Tiffa-mini. Is it worth anything? Is it a Tiffany lamp?

No, Tiffa-mini is the name of a lamp company that makes lamps intended to look like authentic Tiffany lamps. If it is old, it could still be worth a little, but nothing compared to a genuine Tiffany lamp.
